Nigeria
Since 1998, Nigeria has been a hub for DAI ministry in West Africa. Lead by Reuben Ezemadu, DAI Nigeria is working with the Nigerian Church by educating, consulting, and mentoring local leaders. In a culture where leadership is equated with power and corruption, the Church faces significant challenges. To support the Church in its work and witness, DAI Nigeria is training indigenous leaders in counter-cultural servant leadership. And as a result of this work, local leaders are changing their approaches and in turn are positively influencing their local communities.

DAI UK has supported the ministry of DAI in Nigeria through the provision of staff for some of the modules for the MA in Organisational Leadership. For the group of students who began their studies in March 2008, John Rogers of DAI UK facilitated the "Teaching and Learning for Impact" course. He returned in September 2010 to facilitate the "Partnerships in Ministry" course with the same group of students, who have now completed their final semester and are currently working on their final projects.
DAI Nigeria now has 3 cohorts of students who are studying for their MA in Christian Organisational Leadership, and in Nigeria DAI also offers a wide range of leadership workshops.
