PRAYER
Curriculum Development: Please pray for John Rogers (DAI UK Senior Consultant) and Colin Rye (DAI UK Chairman) as they travel to Colorado Springs in January to be part of the small team developing the new informal workshop on "Fund Raising". Pray for this team in their work and that they will be able to make good progress.
Nepal - "Facilitating Learning" Workshop: Give thanks for another very effective “Facilitating Learning” workshop in Nepal in November. 26 Nepalese leaders and Christian educators attended the workshop and entered into what they were learning with enthusiasm. One of the participants subsequently wrote the following about her experience: “Not even a single second was boring; it was so interesting that the time went so fast because John was making the class so enjoyable. What was most useful for me was the methods of learning and John’s way of facilitating was very much inspiring. I could learn lots of methods by how he handled each situation.” Please pray that the participants will implement what they learned into their teaching
MA Students: Continue to pray for the students in 13 countries who are studying for their MA in Christian Organisational Leadership, as they work though their study manuals and write their assignments.
2012 Plans: Pray that good decisions will be made about training opportunities to accept in 2012. As always we have more invitations that we can accept, so wisdom is needed in the decision-making process.
Finances: Give thanks for the faithful supporters of DAI UK, who have been supporting the ministry during 2011. Finances continue to be challenging and we need your prayers that God will provide the resources so that the ministry can continue and meet the needs of leaders around the world
